My Journey
My journey in the woodworking industry began in 2017; however, the seed was planted long before that. I’ve always felt a deep connection to the natural textures and quiet elegance that quality timber brings into a home. Although my career didn’t start in joinery, my extensive years in construction and renovation provided a solid technical foundation. Consequently, I found myself naturally drawn toward the world of bespoke furniture and fitted cabinetry, where creativity meets structural precision.
Furthermore, it was after the birth of my second child that I began specialising in plywood. I was captivated by its unique strength and versatile aesthetic. During this time, I completed my first full cabinet and kitchen projects in Hackney. This pivotal moment inspired the name EasyPly—a tribute to the material that first shaped my design identity.
Over the years, I have expanded my expertise to include premium hardwoods like cedar, ensuring I can meet the diverse needs of every London client while maintaining my core values of simplicity and functionality.
My Story & Design Philosophy
In addition to my technical background, I have always been captivated by the principles of classic design and minimalism. I believe that furniture should look effortless yet feel deeply intentional. Because every project is personal, I carry a dedication to creating pieces that are uniquely tailored to the individual.
As a result, my work focuses on the harmony between practicality and beauty. I approach every commission with a respect for the material and meticulous attention to detail. Ultimately, my goal is to create something that enriches your everyday life.
